We do not charge photography fees. We do not upsell for virtual staging, editing, or drone photography if it’s needed.
While Redfin does not charge for photography, many Atlanta customers report being upselled on virtual staging, twilight, and drone photography.
Commission Rebate
If you buy a property with ClearATL, we will credit $1,000 at closing if the property is more than $300,000. $400 if it’s less than $300,000.
Ask about our 1% guarantee! If you buy and sell with ClearATL, we will guarantee that you pay no more than 1% to sell your home, or we will refund the difference.
Redfin requires you to buy within 12 months of Redfin selling your home to earn a .5% credit. As a reminder, they’re also charging you .25% more to sell your home.
