ClearATL operates with an independent brokerage model and a lower overhead structure than many large national franchises. That allows us to offer full-service representation for a 1.25% listing fee, with a $3,500 minimum, while passing the savings along to our clients.
Is professional photography included?
Yes. Professional real estate photography is included with your listing at no additional charge. Depending on the property, we may also include floor plans, drone photography, editing, and other marketing media when appropriate.
Where will my home be marketed?
ClearATL lists properties in FMLS and Georgia MLS (GAMLS). Your listing is then distributed through MLS syndication to major consumer real estate websites and brokerage home-search platforms.
How are showing appointments handled?
Showings are coordinated electronically so you can receive requests and approve appointments from your phone. You can also block unavailable times and receive feedback submitted by agents after showings.
Can my home be marketed as Coming Soon?
When appropriate, a Coming Soon period can be part of the marketing strategy. We will discuss timing, photography, launch dates, open houses, and other options with you before your property goes active.
Are lockboxes and floor plans included?
Yes. ClearATL does not charge separate technology or lockbox fees. A professional electronic lockbox and floor plans are included when appropriate for the property and approved by the seller.
